Campaign Activation

This is a more conventional action focused on the 1M figure, using a rotation of words and faces to expand the reach of the campaign. The Remax Team colors are highlighted, which is crucial for brand recall. The campaign can be widely promoted through teasers, videos and advertising across strategic touchpoints such as bus stops, bus doors and billboards, while achieving strong impact on social media.

THE DOOR OF OPPORTUNITIES

The “Door of Opportunities” campaign positions the Remax Team Group as the path to independence, success and financial growth. With striking visuals, direct messages and inspiring titles, it invites young professionals to step through that door to become protagonists of their own stories and build a career defined by self-management and financial achievement.

Campaign Activation

Brand doors were vinyl-wrapped at the company headquarters and agencies, both inside and outside, bringing a physical and immersive element to the campaign. Anyone drawn to this door would eventually have the chance to walk through it.

GANA & GRANA

A bold and direct play on words combining “gana” (ambition) with “grana” (money). The tagline resonates with the target audience, emphasising that ambition is the fuel needed to reach financial freedom.

Campaign Activation

Current consultants are invited to stage activations in central Lisbon and surrounding districts in support of Remax Team and the campaign, carrying “Gana & Grana” signs. This would generate high visibility for the brand and spark movement within the real estate market, attracting new young consultants.

IF IT’S NOT YOU, THEN WHO?

This message speaks directly to the entrepreneurial spirit, encouraging candidates to see success as a personal decision. The question provokes reflection on one’s own potential and willingness to act. It appeals to a sense of responsibility and belief in personal ambition, making the call to success powerful and intimate.

Mirror panels were installed at the company headquarters and agencies, with the message written in lipstick, adding a physical and symbolic layer to the campaign. Visitors and prospects could see themselves reflected, increasing the emotional impact while highlighting Remax Team.

Millennials are deeply inspired by “self-made” stories and strongly attracted to the idea of building something on their own. This campaign positions the candidate as a potential success story—someone who can change their life and inspire others along the way.

Current consultants were invited to wear the “Self-Made” shirt across Lisbon and nearby districts, promoting Remax Team and the campaign while distributing flyers. The action amplified visibility and sparked public curiosity, helping the brand reach new potential consultants.

This concept positions Remax Team as a platform that allows each consultant to become the “CEO” of their own life. It appeals to young entrepreneurs seeking control and leadership over their careers, reinforcing autonomy and financial independence.

A more conventional campaign centred on the 1,000,000 figure was activated, combining the rotation of words and luxury items to fuel aspiration. Strong use of Remax Team colours ensured high-quality brand visibility. The campaign was adapted for teasers, videos and advertising formats across bus stops, bus doors, billboards and social media.

WANTED: ANYONE WHO WANTS TO HIT ONE MILLION!

Inspired by classic “Wanted” posters, this campaign positions Remax Team as the ideal platform for ambitious young professionals to reach their first million. Using “Wanted” language, it attracts candidates driven to transform their career and achieve high earnings in the real estate market.

 

Campaign Activation

To bring this concept to life, posters and urban art-style stickers were installed across city walls, featuring different “wanted” personas. Playful yet impactful, the action boosted visibility and brand recognition across various districts.
